The post is a translation of a news article originally in Hebrew. The original says that publication of the guy’s name has been allowed. When this kind of incident happens in Israel and other civilized countries, like the US, the victim’s name is often embargoed from publication for a time so his or her relatives don’t get the news from a newspaper.
If it is a “translation” you can fix obvious mistakes as it is the interpreter’s/computer’s “interpretation” of what was originally said. Note the “quote”.
