A “draft” opinion does not mean it is the one adopted by a majority of the Justices.
I’m not very optimistic about this now - it could create a media firestorm that would put outside pressure on the Court if the opinion has not already been adopted.
Sounds like the doing of a clerk on one of the Leftist justices’ staff.
A leaked SCOTUS doc is unprecedented. I would be very suspect of something I’ve only seen on Zero Hedge.

Well, I know you don’t want an answer, but no…that would not make abortion illegal. Most states have already dealt with the issue. An overturn would simply send the question back to the states.

If it is legitimate, sounds like the doing of a liberal staff member of one of the liberal justices. Whoever did this certainly did not do it with the intention of supporting the decision.
If the opinion has not already been adopted, this could be a last ditch effort to stop it from happening.
