Seems to me, they are incensed because they cannot get what they want in the midst of a plethora of FEDERAL appeasements to victim groups like LGBTQIA. It just shows that they are not confident, or STRONG enough, to convince the STATES of the the validity and need for their murder.
Those powers not specifically enumerated in the Constitution are left to the STATES. How is this not clear?

Will the person who wrote that please STAND UP and be recognized? Who of the several lingering in the recesses of the WH wrote this for him? Show your face!

You’d think he’d be more concerned about the leak of this.

The reveal of the true purpose of the leak is found in Biden's first sentence: " . . . or whether it reflects the final decision of the Court."
The Democrats are giving notice that the Court needs to change their decision.

We do not know whether this draft is genuine…Then why comment at all? I thought the liars have said in the past that they do not comment on rumors and gossip?

How does this pile of B.S. he released square with his vaccine mandates?

“...At the federal level we will need more pro-choice Senators and a pro-choice majority in the House to adopt legislation that codifies Roe...”
I’m curious. Which part of the Constitution gives Congress the power to legislate on the topic of abortion? The ‘commerce clause’? I realize that Congress thinks it can pass laws on whatever it feels like, but can they really?
