It is obvious the Biden cabal wants Germany and other countries in Europe to boycott Russian petroleum which they cannot do without GREAT PAIN to themselves. The U.S. administration has quietly pressured American refineries to ship American petroleum products to EUROPE FIRST.

If they want “Sanctions” to work then it needs to be a complete Economic Embargo.
