Obergefell is only in jeopardy if a state enforces a law against gay marriage and it goes to federal court. I find that hard to foresee, given the times we live in.

I would have assumed that a state completely barring abortion with no exceptions for rape, incest, or the life of the mother was unlikely too, but it turned out not to be the case.

Same sex “marriage” is something to be decided by each state-not. the. fed. The same goes for Roe v wade/abortion-it is up to the individual state to decide-states’ rights-even RBG said Roe was badly decided...

I find that hard to foresee, given the times we live in.

I think you will see multiple suits challenging Obergfell within months, if not weeks, of Roe being struck down.

Marriage is a simple contract between man and woman....and each state has always had their own rules.

There's no such thing as gay marriage.

For gays...it's all about benefits.
