Yep. Energy for example....build nuclear power plants which they have the technology to do or go back to mining coal which they have. They CAN solve this problem. They just have to overcome their own envirosocialists in order to do so. Gaia worship is a luxury they can no longer afford.
On a side note, if the US could overcome its own Gaia worship, it could be the source of at least some of the oil and gas that Europe will need. It would also be highly beneficial to the US economy to do so while simultaneously strengthening its allies. We need to start beating the drum that opposition to oil and gas and nuclear power here at home plays right into Putin’s hands. Therefore opponents of it must be Putin stooges.*

Putins government, and the Saudis, were responsible for funding many environmental activist groups. A lot of that was Putinist astroturf. Including some global warming protests in much of Europe last month, where they splashed red paint all over the Cortes (the Parliament) in Madrid. I was an eye-witness to that.
