This is about Finland hosting NATO forces. Meaning that Finland is right now a defacto member of NATO.

They joined NATO before. Nukes coming from their nations
would be just as deadly?

There’s a crack many miles wide in your logic. It’s the
border of Latvia, Estonia, and the Russian border they
are on.

They both joined NATO in 2004.

Has Russia been attacked yet? Have nukes been put on
their soil?
