Buying their products and backwards engineering them, like Pepsi and Coke do to each other, is too much trouble?

Is there a single American institution, government or private, that has not been either infiltrated or co-opted by the Chinese?

If only it had been a Clinton lackey selling US military technology, it would be a slap on the wrist.

The question is how soon and how many innocent Americans will be arrested and tried as spies to exchange for this one?

I refuse to believe Asians are way smarter than Americans as long as China keeps having to steal 1/4 to 1/2 trillion $’s of intellectual property from us each year, even though they literally have 4 to 5 times as many brains as we do.

1.2 million trade secret=200,000$ fine.
Sounds fair.

I remember this case from a couple of years ago. The answer to your question is no. It doesn’t have to be military Secrets nor high-tech secrets. There is no segment of American industry where the Chinese have not attempted to steal their way to manufacturing or technological parity. As illustrated by this case, whether found guilty or innocent or never even prosecuted, these are one hundred to one or three hundred to one payoff bets.

NO!! American companies and institutions are too damn STUPID and CHEAP to see the writing on the wall. CCP OWNS all their citizens all over the world. A country full of spies, thieves, and murderers. These people spy because their family in China is under threat.

1.2 million trade secret=200,000$ fine. Since the dollar amount stated was 120 million, I assume you meant 1.2 billion, not million, and yes, fine not strong enough. 🙂

China does represent over 1/4th of Asia’s population, does it not?
