This can’t be right - wherever you go and there is an action movie, there is always at least one woman fighting and slaying men twice her size with apparent ease and skill.
Sometimes these awesome warrior princesses can kill a dozen battle hardened male warriors in seconds.
Obviously, women are equal or even superior to men, able to pass Ranger and SEAL schools in their mid-thirties after birthing several kids where males in their low 20s wash out.

The Ukranians seem to be doing a marvelous job in their war with Russia. I would like to know a couple things about them: 1) what assignments are women allowed or prohibited from performing in their armed forces, and; 2) what are their PT standards?
Major problem here is that they are more interested in gender inclusion than the job. And it is a job. Instead of determining the minimum standards of the need of the job they are determining the minimum standards of the gender that maybe can get by under certain conditions. But definitely not direct combat firefight related work which is set up to handle certain physical needs, basically upper body and weight carrying exertion exercises. This is an open opportunity for disaster for the price of political correctness that doesn’t exist.

Jus’ askin’....in all of the many, many films I have seen of both World Wars, Korean War, Vietnam War, etc, have yet to see any footage of female tankers in action....maybe I missed it.....
This is ridiculous. I’m all for women having equal opportunity if they can meet the standards. Lowering the standards only defeats the purpose of having them in the first place.
Are these standards for recruits before they go through basic training or for soldiers already assigned to a unit? 10 pushups is too high a standard for a flabby, just recruited civilian, too low for a combat arms soldier.
I was one of the weaker members of my infantry platoon. 36 years later, and out of shape, I can still manage 20 pushups (I just tried).

Well that was your first mistake. You looked at scenes from real life - try science fiction next time.
It'll be interesting to see how our military would do if they face similar battles we had faced 20 years ago in Iraq. Fallujah. Ramadi.
A lot has changed the past 20 years. And not for the better. George W. Bush's military, a lot of it was hold over from Reagan era cold war build up. But all of that is gone. It's a brand new military now.
