Another win, and an unexpected one as the Kansas Supreme Court is VERY liberal.

Good, especially since they rigged CD-3 while they were stealing the Kansas governship in 2018.

While I'm happy for the win to the GOP, this is a matter that should be decided by the state legislature and no one else.

Black Robes should not have any authority over this matter.

I saw your link. I did not realize how bad the cheating was in Douglas, Wyandotte, and Johnson counties.

We’re expected to believe that the good people of Johnson County stayed home in 2008 when The Bringer of Light was running for the presidency - but they poured out of their basements to vote en masse for The Joek and The Ho in 2020.

I’m less bothered by the Kansas Supreme Court deciding the matter, than if the Federal courts were involved in the matter - which, within broad boundaries, is none of the Feds’ business.

Very unexpected and surprised by this ruling.

There very well may be a perfect storm aligning against the Dems in November. Let's hope it is an extinction event for them.
