I am surprised that 25 people actually paid for a beer that cost that much. Shows the power of an expense account.
Also, the complaint came in LAST YEAR. Only the government could wait months and then congratulate themselves on noticing the theft.
And what was the guy doing, that was supposed to be in charge of reviewing concessions at the Port Authority? After all, I can guarantee that they wouldn't have waited months (years?) if OTG didn't forward them the Port Authority's share of proceeds.

Exactly. It’s different for truly essential items, but even then de facto price controls do not work . . . in other words, watch the beer shrink.

As long as the price is clearly visible before ordering.
Sadly (for them), I'd happily pay $5 or $6 for a beer, even though that is way overpriced and at high margin for the vendor. But they get too greedy.
