The history of abuse by the FBI has demonstrated time and time again that it should not continue to exist. Its leadership needs to be indicted and prosecuted (whenever justice returns to the United States).

If he were to see today's FIB, James Madison would amend Federalist 51's
it is evident that each department should have a will of its own; and consequently should be so constituted that the members of each should have as little agency as possible in the appointment of the members of the others.
He would definitely loathe the civil service, which is the core of the deep state.

Ah, never mind, he'd probably look around and just say the whole Federal project is a failure.
