A while back Russia learned that radical and crappy socialism along with communism has no future as it does not work and has been trying to adopt a more of the middle of the road approach much to the dismay of the western world, especially the US who has a bunch of war mongering crooked idiots within their ranks. So it does not come as a surprise when the US and its allies, who are encouraged to fall in line do everything possible to picture Russia as bad and evil. Needless to say I don’t think Russia is composed of angels, but neither is the US.

You can tell it is Russian propaganda just by comparing what it says to known facts.
You can also use some common sense to realize that what the author is saying doesn't match up with reality.
How would the Azov Brigade members be forcing civilians to do anything when they were supposedly surrounded by the Russian military in a steel mill? Don't suspend your common sense just because some Russian propaganda outlet wants you to.
