Yesterday, a federal district court judge dismissed MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell's counterclaims against election machine manufacturers U.S. Dominion and Smartmatic. The counterclaims were filed in the companies' defamation suit against Lindell, who had accused the firms of stealing the 2020 election with rigged election machines. In addition, Judge Nichols imposed sanctions on Lindell, given the "groundless" and "frivolous" nature of his claims. Last fall, Judge Nichols had also denied Lindell's attempt to dismiss the defamation claims.
After he was sued for defamation, Lindell filed a series of counterclaims against Dominion and Smartmatic, including abuse of process, RICO, and violations of the First Amendment, the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause, and the "Support or Advocacy Clause of 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3), among others. In his opinion , Judge Nichols walks through each claim, explaining why each lacks merit, before dismissing them.

For those who care about such things, Judge Nichols clerked for Justice Clarence Thomas on the Supreme Court and was appointed to the federal bench by Donald Trump in 2019.

I'm thoroughly convinced the election was stolen and that there is ample evidence to prove that accusation . . . but this continues to go nowhere.
The ONLY solution can be no more democrats and let's get President Trump re-elected.
Judge Nichols is the conservative Judge that ruled that Garret Miller, one of the defendants criminally charged in connection with the 2021 U. S. Capitol attack, could not be charged with obstructing Congress’s certification of the 2020 Presidential election without a showing that Miller had tampered with official documents or records as part of the attack.
He’s the only judge to rule such.
He’s a former Thomas Clerk.
Why? Because you don’t like the outcome?
Can you show how his reasoning is wrong?
No trial necessary. Just another rubber stamp “2020 was legit” ruling.
The FIX IS IN
The election was rigged, but I don’t think it was done with the machines, which is Mike Lindell’s contention.
I think it was done with the mules collecting ballots and stuffing drop boxes and mailboxes.
This judge might be right, unlike the previous ones that wouldn’t even look at the evidence.
“groundless and frivolous” are pretty big words. Without knowing what Lindell’s claims actually were it’s hard to make a call on Nichol’s ruling. Makes me wonder, with all the evidence out there, especially AZ, whether Lindell was getting his money’s worth out of whoever was working for him? All he needed in court was one sample of a Dominion machine with an obvious internet connection. Must be a hard thing to do?
If the option is voting for a RINO or sitting on the sofa, choose the latter. Short term pain brings long term gain.

The article says nothing at all about the judges reasoning. It merely states Smartmatic’s objection and says the court agrees with “at least some” of it.
I’m just thankful the federal judiciary took it upon themselves to investigate the unusual events of Nov.8th 2020 to feel justified to sanction Mike Lindell for his beliefs..........and mine.......

The vote-riggers went wild in the streets in the Atlanta–Sandy Springs–Alpharetta, GA Metropolitan Statistical Area.
I thought the Cheatlorado vote riggers were bad. Atlanta leaves Colorado and Filthadelphia in the shade.

That’s where the big organized fraud occurred. Massive mail out ballots
were ripe for fraud. I’m assuming Lindell did not present his famous
“Data Packets” to this court which he often said would prove Dominion machine
fraud. Dominion’s civil case against him is still active.
He will have the chance to present his famous Data Packets there.
