Billing Records are hard evidence to overcome. Those memo fields and invoices in the time tracking software for lawyers have sunk more law firms in showing mixed motivations than actual malpractice.

The defence claims are that the billing was in error, but the client was entered in soon after the meeting with the lie told in person.

The prosecutor got enough on the record to change the history books of the 2016 election from a defence witness.

Notice all the care is given to Sussman's defense, which was not given to the people erroneously pursued by Muller and Weissman.
