But according to Linda Hannity 99% of all the rank and file agents are good people in the FBI... Except none of these good people blew the whistle on the corruption they KNEW was going on in their agency. They are all corrupt and cannot be trusted in any part of an investigation and certainly cannot be taken seriously in any courtroom testimony. At this point if any one who works for the DOJ or FBI are involved with any aspect of a trial there is absolutely cause for reasonable doubt in any jurors mind. Having sat on at least a dozen juries from murder to civil actions I could not in good conscience find anyone guilty if the DOJ/FBI were involved in a trial.

AND we know absolutely that Comey did NOT read the reports submitted to FISA...Comey said that's not his job.

This question is purely academic, because I don’t believe he would even if he could, but can Durham go after FISA judges?

They knew before day one. They were told in advance that Clinton’s campaign would be cooking this up.
My take on what happened with these judges is 4 different judges signed off on the request. The FISA court judges rotate on a weekly basis. 3 of them were from out of town. My guess is the judges rely on the staff to come to a conclusion while they are out on the town shopping and taking in the sites. It is likely they weren’t presented with any new new material that would overturn the previous judge’s approval. Also, these were all republican appointed judges.
I believe the opposite. I think the FBI came up with this and other things as their contribution to the effort and told Hillary, use this crap.

How would you like to work for a law enforcement agency where the people in charge will use the power of their position to achieve a personal or political goal, won’t have your back, will use you for their own nefarious purposes, will lie to you, so that in the end, you will be the one thrown to the wolves? Being supervisors, they’ll deny they ever told you what you claim they said, and you’ll be left holding the bag. Knowing this, every FBI field agent in this country, who is on the bottom rung of the career ladder, should be tendering their resignation immediately.

No one seems to want to remember that the FISC (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court), under the FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) requires that evidence presented it to in a preliminary submission has to be RESUBMITTED within 90 days with NEW SOURCES. In the Russia! Russia! Russia! this was never done. Hillary and her operatives just shopped a BS story they concocted to several MSM sources and just called THAT ‘new information and sources.’ ALL DONE WITH THE COMPLICTY OF THE FBI (and Comey).
