FBI agent Curtis Heide was asked by prosecutors about a communication drafted by him and fellow agent Allison Sands on Sept. 23, 2016, that stated “the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE provided the FBI with a white paper that was produced by an anonymous third party.”

Asked by prosecutor Jonathan Algor how such a mistake could have been made, Heide answered, “I honestly don’t know”

FBI Ryan Gaynor and Curtis Heide are under investigation for the evidence they provided to get those precious FISAs.
I guess those investigations were opened up as soon as they were found to be on the Witness List.
How else can you explain it, when the events occurred in 2015 and early 2016?
