My position is that these sorts of shootings started happening back in the 80s when they ended the mental asylum setup. If you look before then, no one went out and killed dozens of people whom they didn’t even know. Obviously, I may not have all the facts here, but it seems that after they ended psychiatric hospitals these incidents began to occur more frequently. ALSO, it seems that the rise of psych meds like Prozac started roughly around the same time. Could it be that these sorts of shootings mostly occur with shooters who have gone off their meds? Seems likely to me.
The fact that these two factors are not _ever_ topics of this mass-shooting conversation tells me that the government knows that this is what is happening and are trying to use these violent events as leverage to pass laws against protected rights, and law abiding citizens.
Good points and thank you. I will research this further. However, my concern with these radicals in charge is they would have these mental hospitals set up and continue their propaganda on these mentally ill patients. It would, nice again turn into a corrupt propaganda arm of the left.

It was also the time when divorce and single parent homes went from the black community to mainstream. And a time 'diversity' took over and people felt alienated from their communities... (Read 'Bowling Alone' by Robert D. Putnam. and his subsequent study on the damage caused by diversity...) Lots of hints... but for now?
Harden the schools, bring back institutions and help for families dealing with a child they feel might be violent. I'm guessing the police - and the grandmother - knew this kid had violence issues. And they had no where to turn for help.
Years ago some nut in Tampa started a fire in a grocery store - killed innocent people - and his family came forward saying they had begged for help and no one could help them with this son. This after de-institutionalization... Take the money we waste and throw away on 'nonprofits (slush fund jobs for bored elites) and use that money - same with the billions we're giving Ukraine. Use that money here too.
