If McCormick wins the lawsuit then Democrats will flood the MidTerms with undated mail-in ballots and they will rightly be able to say that the matter was decided in the republican primaries.
Boris Epshteyn said exactly the same thing. This will set a precedent for the Democrats to “flood the zone” with inadequate ballots.
