Turkey is in negotiations with Russia and Ukraine to open a corridor via the Bosphorus for grain exports from Ukraine, a senior Turkish official told Reuters on Thursday.
Ukraine's Black Sea ports have been blocked since Russia invaded in February and more than 20 million tonnes of grain are stuck in silos there.
Russia and Ukraine account for nearly a third of global wheat supplies and the lack of exports from Ukraine is contributing to a growing global food crisis.

Russia cleared the Ukrainian mines that had been blocking the ports, so now as long as the ships are only used for CIVILIAN purposes, grain should start flowing.
...but don’t put it past the Neocons to again try something cute, like they kept attempting in Mariupol.

We're not absolutely sure that Mariupol is open in both directions.
It may be for outbound vessels that have been stranded only.
From Naval experience I can say that clearing ALL improperly laid Mines is extremely difficult, and there are a lot loose in the Black and were, off Mariupol.
There are some conflicts in the various news reports, but events should start moving in the direction you indicate.
Better headline would have been:
“Ukraine, Russia Make Turkey Sandwich on Wheat”
That News didn't get the coverage or attention it deserved in the West, so there may be some stragglers that need to know.
