Doctors have abused the respect of their patients. They really should STFU where CDC is concerned. Reagan said “Trust but Verify”. Unfortunately, where doctors are concerned, I’m Verify well before I Trust. That is all on them!

Stopped by my doctor’s office yesterday to set up an appointment. Got into a throwdown with the receptionist over the damned required mask. I asked if they really thought a paper mask would stop a virus, she said it didn’t matter because rules. I finally got my appointment but it’s going to be an interesting visit next week.
Yes, I am a contrary SOB who hates nitpicking rules.
