Folks saying FBI stepped in and seized the footage (officer cameras and dash cam).

Rumor says Nancy was also in the car and the footage painted them ‘in a bad light.’

There was a 4-hour delay before he was tested and he still blew .08.

Other driver was Jesus V. Lopez, age 48, of Calistoga. Not sure if legal or illegal.
