-- the elephant in the room, which is a merry band of executive branch employees acting traitoriously and impunitiously with respect to their hated boss, the U.S. Prexy. --

That's a firing offense, not a criminal one.

Likewise lying to the public is not a crime.

-- How are were supposed to have any confidence in our judicial system with travesties like this. --

A careful study of the law reveals much dishonesty in court decisions.

The system is not honest, and should not be trusted. It is to be feared because it is powerful and vindictive.

So the Einstein jurors weren’t concerned that Sussman was ‘lying’ just that it was to the FBI. Not that the FBI aren’t liars themselves but to their pea brain DemoRat minds it’s ok to lie and of no concern that Sussman wasn’t telling the truth. Lord I hate this modern culture of corruption we have to live in.

There were reports right here on this site about the jury the foreman and the judge before the start of the trial. Durham could not be that stupid could he? Looking back he was that stupid. He spent years building this case and they admitted that they did it. It never occurred to him that the jury would give him the middle finger? Not that this is a bad thing but what a Boy Scout.

Seditious behavior like this on the part of executive branch employees, when it continues on and on like this with no effective rebuke (meaning, with uttter impunity), destroys human society.

Durham is constitutionally incapable of indicting corrupt government actors, and this act of his, similar to the act of so many others, is getting really, really old.

Obama put his mind using from day one. And the government became an extension of the Democratic Party. They had leanings and that direction but now it is become so large and so powerful that it determines the outcome of many events. But they can’t make the Ukraine win and they couldn’t pull out of Afghanistan. Their size has to be cut in half. Corporate America has downsizing so all the time but our government never.

Good description, except did the Deep State (e.g., via their pliable judge) also steer this jury to this resolution? I don’t know, but I imagine it to be somewhere from possible to probable.

My goodness - talk about not understanding your role as a juror.

"Politics were not a factor" - they appear to have been entirely a factor. I don't think it should have been prosecuted," she said, The Washington Times reported. "There are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI." is entirely political reasoning.

This behavior lead to a multi-year investigation over a made up hoax that tore the nation apart and you don't think it should have been prosecuted? "there are bigger things that affect the nation than a possible lie to the FBI"? Embarrassing. Ridiculous.

OJ jury 2.0

Every Rat Party hack who finds him/her/itself on trial in DC can count on the same verdict...for the same reason.

Misunderstanding their role? No way! They knew their role from the moment they swore to serve faithfully. They did serve faithfully...Rat Party Headquarters!
