Washington — The Justice Department on Tuesday called on a federal appeals court to reinstate the national mask mandate for public transit and airplanes after a U.S. district judge found the requirements to be unlawful in April.
In a brief filed with the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, the Biden administration argued the January 2021 order from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) requiring travelers to wear masks on public transportation and in transit hubs to prevent the spread of COVID-19 "falls easily" within the agency's statutory authority.

Declare an emergency, and the court will consider it to be so, whether it actually is or not.

They dont really want to do this now with the elections in a few months. What they want is to preserve the governments ‘right’ (spit) to impose these rules in the future.
I don’t think it’s just you. The DOJ should be enforcing court decisions not soliciting them. At least, that was my first thought.
Those proposing this redo of the Mask Mandate should be named, shamed, doxed and foxed, with pickets in front of their homes.

WTH? Am I the only one? Nobody else can see it? The doj fib etc, want everyone to wear masks so their operatives can keep working without being ID’d. Sheesh. Think about the end game, nothing happens by accident.
The CDC should be shuttered. It is abundantly clear that tens of thousands of lives would have been saved without the CDC making COVID policy. The same is true with state departments of health. Several thousands of lives in Pennsylvania would have been saved if we didn’t have a Democrat governor and his transsexual butt buddy, Levine. They sent known COVID infected into nursing homes to murder seniors.

Someone needs to explain to Biden, his Cabal, and the CDC that ordering any public mandate because you CAN is not the same as ordering a public mandate because you SHOULD!
In other words, the mask mandate has been shown to be a complete WASTE OF TIME, but the CDC wants to continue this charade NOT because we need masks, but because they NEED to keep their imagined “authority” to place public mandates on We the People!
This is not just sad, it’s evil! They are not fighting for COVID protection. They are fighting for precedent and authority to be AUTHORITARIAN!!
