If a company chooses to reject neutrality then they are a political advocate and it is illegal and immoral to use state funds to finance them.

Would the same be true if the voters of a particular county opposed something the governor supported?

Disney and MLB are not higher levels of government. If they want to be subsidized by the government they have to be nonpartisan. Otherwise I want the government to start funding the NRA.
