And I am not just saying that as a partisan.
Think about it: The liberal solution to almost any problem is to throw money at it. Give extra money to those who need it most, etc.
But what causes inflation? TOO MUCH MONEY!
Every instinct liberals have to want to help those in need, those hurting the most from inflation etc... will only make it worse.

The one thing we have to do is financially prepare ourselves for inflation. Hold hard assets, like real estate, instead of cash. Have as big a mortgage as you can -- you will be paying it back in inflated dollars. Do not hold money in cash, savings accounts or anything else which will be devalued by inflation.
I agree with you. The liberal economic plan is a disaster. But, the liberal law enforcement policies have also ruined our big cities and the libs still keep getting voted back in. My point is, just because the dem policies are bad doesn’t mean they will get booted from office.
Why?
Because The inner city Dems think the republicans are racists and the suburban Dems think the republicans play banjo and have sex with their cousins. It’s, of course, all BS, but until the GOP can shake that brand, people will actually vote for crap policy in order to appear worldly and sophisticated.
