Pete Arredondo is either incompetent, stupid, or did this on purpose. In either case he has no business being police chief. Therefore, he will be elected the mayor of Uvalde very soon.
I agree and further believe that any private or government property that uses their right of property ownership to restrict the carry options of citizens, AUTOMATICLY assumes full responsibility for all hurt, harm or danger.
AJ is not my cuppa tea, but he presents valid arguments and facts on current and past events. Is he 100% correct? Nobody is.
Along these lines:
A U.S. Rep. from Ohio gives a two-minute speech in which he says that involuntary commitment laws exist in all 50 states which provide due process and the ability on the part of the targeted individual to defend himself in a court if law. He then goes on to object to Red Flag laws at the federal level on the basis that they do not provide for due process or a legitimate day in court, but instead will inevitably create millions of second-class citizens who will be prevented from legally purchasing firearms for their own protection (and, to our point, left unprotected by anyone).
