Agreed. Any bill or law or policy that is offensive to a plain understanding of the US Constitution is void on its face and ought not be obeyed, let alone enforced.
The constitution simply enumerates a few of our natural, God given rights and therefore cannot abridge or remove any of them, especially those essential rights the 10 amendments clearly define.
