Nothing in the Constitution says only nice people have rights. As far as the Sacred Ten, when one is in prison one looses certain rights. When the sentence is served, all rights should be restored. To say that a once convicted felon can no longer speak freely or have arms is wrong and foolish. If a person is an unrepentant felon, the law means nothing any way.
If a person is an unrepentant felon, he typically continues breaking the law. There comes a time, when that person loses all rights because he should remain in prison. He can have his all his rights when he kneels in front of Our Lord and repents on Judgement Day. At that point his rights mean nothing.
And unfortunately in most Democrat-run cities and states, being a multiple felon means you're given a get-out-of-jail-free card, so you can prey on some other poor soul in a couple of hours.
