The family is supposedly working on a plan to offload him onto Scotland somehow. Andrew is almost at the traditional retirement age of 65, so it would behoove him to go quietly and let the Firm pension him off as the old saying goes.
I don’t think Charles is going to retire quickly or even soon. He’s been hanging around and taking flak for decades waiting for EII to give it up. He’s gonna be there for the duration when he does get it, IMO.
As for who comes after him? I say a whole new royal line, if any.
What is so strikingly arrogant to me is that he doesnt seem to care that he could hurt the Firm with his antics and scupper any chance of his daughters being let in..at this point they are going to need working royals to shoulder the load. And it will be the rugby players family and Edwards family..not Andy’s offspring
