“It’s up to the British people no?”

We said “no” a while ago. In the meantime, we developed our own framework for tyranny, and it works just as “well” as the British framework.

I think it’s OK to oppose tyranny wherever it exists, but if the Brits won’t lift a finger to throw off this relic, they will have to live with that.

The British monarchy as it exists now is not a tyranny. Far from it
And the Brits love the Queen. Much more than any politician.

The Brits' traditional oppressors wear caricature costumes and flit about in silly jewelry.

The French traded theirs for Robespierre, Danton, and the guillotine.

Our oppressors look and dress like us. They talk like us, on purpose, and claim to "represent" us.

Our oppressors have their own Kings and Queens: tens of thousands of lobbyists.

The Brits' oppressors gave us the Magna Carta, and pretty much stopped there.

Our oppressors make new laws every day.

Does it really matter whether a man who is ninth in line to a silly foreign throne had sex with a young lady?

Her pimp was an American. So is she.

We're better and sneakier at everything, you see, including tyranny.
