Did you actually read the law behind that decision? I did. The Court decided correctly. The problem in that case lies with the legislature. They didn't define "insects" at all, but defined "fish" so broadly as to render the term almost meaningless. Under the legislature's definition ANY INVERTEBRATE is defined as being a "fish". Guess what? Bees are invertebrates. QED.
