No I dont think it can. This is like one of the highest courts with jurisdiction.

The answer would be to withdraw from the European Court of Human Rights.
Parliament would have to pass a law or something.

The issue of globalism is soley European with som pereived creep into North America

There is no talk of globalism in Argentina nor Brazil, nor Chile
There is no talk in Africa
