You don’t understand the communist leaders of China. They don’t feel the need to justify their actions to you or any outsiders. They will attack when they are good and ready, and not when they secure some “pretext”.
So true. But that doesn't mean they'll use tried and true pretexts such as "a distraction from home problems "such as millions of bachelors that can't find women, or shortage of food or other necessities, or bad leadership. Nothing like a foreign intervention to distract the populace (something Biden would do).
