It sounds like Taiwan is much better equipped to defend herself than Ukraine was/is. I think they learned their lesson from our embarrassing withdraw from Afghanistan and our giving Ukraine just enough weapons to make some profits for the MIC.
That lesson is they'd be better be prepared to defend themselves because they can't count on us.
