They also said they had no intention of invading.

They also said they wanted to restore greater Russia and that states like Ukraine had no right to exist apart from Russia.

They also said many things through the years about energy policy that makes it clear that’s what this war is about.

They leaned on the Russian leaning leader to stop progress on oil production and he did. And then Ukraine overthrew that guy and put in a western leading guy, and Russia violated their territory and seized Crimea and funded and formented a rebellion in the east led by thugs.

Here’s something worth reviewing—it’s four years old:

https://moderndiplomacy.eu/2018/06/04/how-and-why-the-u-s-government-perpetrated-the-2014-coup-in-ukraine/

Keep in mind that the beginnings of this fiasco were firmly planted by 0, with Victoria Nuland practically dictating Ukrainian policy. Others have pointed out Zelensky’s cooperation with the Trump impeachment circus. There are a lot of strange coincidences and cooperation seen between parties with widely differing viewpoints and irreconcilable philosophies. Think: the Clintons rubbing elbows with the Cheneys? In what universe would you expect to see that?

That’s what you saw in Ukraine—both before and after the Maidan “revolution.”

The way I see it, Russia’s problems are our problems. I can’t fault him for refusing to let the vultures — nazi hirelings of US globalists and Euro-Union oligarchs — pick Russia to pieces.
