The video, apparently narrated by the user @Brick_Suit on Twitter, reveals the incredible backstory of Biden’s bike wreck.
“By now you may have seen this clip of Joe Biden falling off of his bicycle, rather unceremoniously,” the narrator says. “And if you guess that the reason was because a small child was in the crowd, you’d be right.”

He leaned onto the leg that was out of the clip but then leaned into the leg without it being out of the clip. Dementia like sitting down without a chair being there.
I thought it might be a problem with his tires ... over inflation.
He was so excited to get to the girl his foot got caught in the peddle and that’s how he fell down.
That’s actually was my first reaction when I saw the short clip of him falling. He is drawn away from the bike path as if by a magnet, and is is looking down towards someone and smiling.
