While the Gallstone Institute is a globalist front entity this essay is well worth reading as the Uke war seems to have been the inadvertent triggering event to begin the global techtonic shifts that presage a new era of global conflict

Up until 1956, France and the UK were still seen as Great powers. Then came the Suez Crisis and both “Great Powers” were humiliated by Egypt. That changed everything. I think we’re seeing another such moment.

The US has turned into a Stupidpower. We can’t (won’t) control our borders, men think they can be women, a woke military and woke corporations all led by brain dead idiots.

The lesson of current experience is that only the United States is capable of holding Russia in check.

Ironic that Europeans have done everything they could to weaken the US (especially when they knew the truth about the Russian Hoax yet allowed it to be used against President Trump).

Now the great fear of Europeans (an aggressive Russia) is here and the President they helped put in power (Biden) is nothing but a weak senile old man.

In other words, the Euroweenies still can’t manage to take care of themselves despite having a GDP many times that of Russia. This putz is all in on letting Daddy Morebucks USA continue to borrow the tab to wet nurse these deadbeats. NATO should have been disbanded in 2000, ten years after Reagan had thrown NATO’s sole reason for existence onto the ash heap of history.

Europe, with all the fracturing, unless by force, will never be any kind of superanything.

the ec cannot fully regulate.

the eu cannot keep memberships due to old world old thinking.

since europe still holds royalty as a thing, beyond the history books, it will never succeed.

The Europeans need a boot in the ass. The US has essentially provided for their defense for 80 years. They need to get their **** together. Time for them to spend a bunch of money on equipment and training. We have allowed their cowardice and Socialism to exist and perpetuate.

America is not significant enough to be mentioned in end times Bible prophecy

At best one of the young lions of Ezekiel 38

France and the UK were humiliated by the US and USSR during the Suez Crisis. The Egyptians were losing badly.

The US’ use of economic blackmail, in particular, firmly established the US as the global financial superpower instead of the UK.

“Then came the Suez Crisis and both “Great Powers” were humiliated by Egypt.”

They were humiliated by the United States. The president threatened to collapse their economies. The US was intent on destroying colonialism. (Then we took over France’s colonial empire in Vietnam...go figure. There’s nothing clear about the sweep of history. Everybody does what they think is best for them in the moment.)

There’s nothing clear about the sweep of history.

There is one thing that's clear. Territory belongs to whomever will kill the other in order to either keep it or take it, and then outbreed anybody else who might be there.

The EU is first and foremost a monstrous bureauracy. Rules, Rules, Rules and then more rules. EU is all about what must be worn at work,

I suspect the reason Germany is not providing weapons is because it either has non to spare or they are embarassingly obsolete

In the overall scheme of things, the EU isn’t.

The future belongs to the nations east of Suez that are vibrant and growing. The concept of the globalism boogieman is not present in the east. Nationalism and the money and good life it produces prevail

Beyond Europe, Climate Change is not a crisis. There is a common and uniting enemy in the form of China that many believe is self destructing as Xi tries to replace what is with China Socialism

The fact of history is, the genetic pool of Europe was destroyed by the wars of the twentieth century. Europe is genetically incapable of greatness

I’ve wondered about that. The Book of Revelations has been “interpreted” many times, many ways but to me, nothing has been accurate. The Bible tells us we will not know the day and time, but people still try to tell us when and who.

Simply points out that Europe's problem remains the same as it has been since the late 19th century: the jockeying for power among the largest European states promotes instability and internal rivalries that prevent any effective, unified policy.

NATO is still necessary because there is no other security framework for Europe that provides the possibility of unified action because the European powers will sell each other out in a heartbeat for economic or strategic advantage. The US still has an interest because allowing Russia (or China) to gain unlimited access to Europe's wealth and technology would be a strategic disaster for the US.

I have absolutely no doubt that France's and Germany's preferred solution to the Ukraine war is to allow Ukraine to be annexed by Russia and to give Russia a sphere of influence over the former Warsaw Pact countries. Unluckily for them, the Eastern Europeans have both the will and the means to resist.
