My biggest dream would be if the SCOTUS declared all gun laws unconstitutional and struck them all down. It will never happen but it should.
Hopefully some of those “in the know” are now preparing a lawsuit against this and it will soon be taken up before the SCOTUS.
Who got the money to peruse that? 😕
i wish to thank Senator Cassidy, the other Senator from Louisiana, for his trashing my rights.
His voting for that bill, making it possible for anybody within the state of Louisiana who just might have a hair up their buttocks over me for the sun not shining, to call the authorities, over a non-existent firearm, and my disabled kidney patient butt in jail.
I never thought that you could bugger military veterans, (who just possibly maybe own a firearm), yet you just have!

Okay, fair enough. That is exactly how I feel about these assistant democrats.
Perhaps the NRA and GOA can put their differences aside for awhile and form a temporary partnership to take this before SCOTUS.
