Wednesday, U.S. Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R) took to the nationally syndicated "Rick & Bubba Show" to commemorate the upcoming 50th anniversary of Title IX, which he credits for the expansion of female sports at the grade school through collegiate levels.
Alabama's junior U.S. Senator warned the Biden administration was poised to water down Title IX in the name of promoting transgender athletes, which he argued would be detrimental to women's sports.
However, Tuberville also said the NCAA, the governing body of collegiate sports, could show leadership in preserving Title IX as it is currently constituted, but will not.

Let’s be brutally honest here. This is nothing more than political posturing aimed at garnering support among dopey suburban Karens.
How about each student-athlete has to submit to a blood test? If the athlete has a Y chromosome, HE (and scientifically, there is no doubt that the person is a male) must compete with the males, regardless of the mental illness involved that makes him think he is a woman.
For me it’s even simpler:
1. XX
2. XY
You think the suburban Karens are against trannies in women’s sports?
Yes ... when it's their own daughters who are affected by it.
Title IX, which he credits for the expansion of female sports at the grade school through collegiate levels.
It’s kind of ironic that Title IX is threatened by the same left that gifted it to us.
If I was in charge of the NCAA, the rules would be simple.
Males play men’s sports. Females play women’s sports. End of discussion.
Divide it by rate of participation. If 10% of males participate in sports, and 5% of women do so, men's programs should get twice what women's programs get.
How is that unfair?
Good point
Then they need to soeak up louder
I haven’t heard or seen any
That's the whole point. They don't speak up louder when they are fearful of backlash. That's why they want government action instead of standing up and fighting the battle directly against a local school board (for example).
Besides ... it's hard for them to be heard when they've been walking around with masks on for the last 2+ years.
Lol
Good point.
