Adding juvenile criminal and mental health care records to the 4473 database would have kept the uvalde shooter from purchasing his rifles. Juvenile records should have always been part of a person’s permanent records not sealed. Plenty of 16/17 yo thugs around.
They’d make them private or something, but yeah.
