McCarthy specifically told CNN that he would back a 15-week nationwide abortion ban: “I’d support that"
Former Vice President Mike Pence also called for a nationwide ban on abortion, telling far-right outlet Breitbart that "we must not rest and must not relent until the sanctity of life is restored to the center of American law in every state in the land"

House GOP Leader Kevin McCarthy told me he backs legislation to codify a 15-week ban on abortion, saying: "I'd support that."
In other words to hell with what the Supreme Court ruled RINO McCarthy wants Congress to codify into law it’s OK the murder babies fo the first 15 weeks.

Then you'll have women vote against GOP this November. Biden Adminstration is able to pivot away from the issues that are killing him with the voters.

And the SCOTUS did the right thing. Roe vs Wade was a flawed precedent that was allowed to last for 50 years.
McCarthy proves everyday and in every way that he has zero understanding of the constitution and federalism. Such a fundamental ignorance should relegate him to the back bench with no committee assignments until he educates himself. Additionally, he needs to leave the bubble of Washington and the land of fruits and nuts and gain an understanding of real Americans.

If the right to life is not a federal issue, then what is as in what’s more important? My right to live is not up to any legislative body. It comes from God, however, the declaration stated I have a right to live from God, but the constitution does not. So when my state says I’m too old to live they can euthanize me? Try SC just absolved itself of it’s most important reason to exist, it just punted every right we had away.
They are trying to find a way to lose the midterms.
