“...knocked it out of the park.”

I can’t help picturing Dean, as if in some America’s Funniest Video clip. Leaping madly into the air to catch what he believed was an historic home run... only to end up hanging from the fence by his belt, soiled undies to the wind, staring at the bag of rotten peanuts in his glove.

Johnny, johnny, johnny.... This Hutchinson just lied to Congress! Do you want to get in on some of the action that is about to enter her life? Reminder johnny-boy, it’s a felony to lie to congress......

“You’re right. It doesn’t matter if what she said is accurate, BS, or whatever. Liz Cheney and the Committee want information (accurate or not) to put into a criminal referral to send to the justice department. The corrupt justice department will then indict Trump on phony charges and get him into a criminal court. The MSM will have a field day.”

None that will happen, but anti Trump partisans can dream.

They’re junkies looking for their anti Trump fix.

Even if it’s true, it’s just a traffic violation at best. Or maybe charge Trump for driving without a license.

From a purely legal standpoint if the story were true, and it apparently isn't, there were very serious crimes committed at that moment by the driver and anyone involved with their decision.

Just like it would be illegal for an Uber driver to refuse to take you to your destination and instead take you to a place of their choosing, something generally treated as kidnapping, it is even more illegal for a driver acting in concert with other government employees to effectively detain the president while he is involved in his presidential duties.

Preventing the president of the United States, and our Commander in Chief from going to the Capitol Building if he wanted to do so, and then effectively detaining the president of the United States by taking him elsewhere results in a series of very serious crimes by the people involved. At the very top is the same charge brought against some of the protestors - interfering in the operations of the government. That's a felony with a long prison term attached to it.

And then we have things like kidnapping a federal employee, because the President is also a federal employee. And sedition, and possibly treason, and conspiracy to do all of those things.

Just imagine the charges that the DOJ would bring if some random person managed to take off in the presidential limousine with the president in the back seat and said they were taking the president to some location other than where he wanted to go.

Detaining government officials is what happens in a coup. If the testimony is true the January 6th committee just showed that on January 6th members of the Secret Service participated in a raft of illegal activities, all of them felonies, and engaged in an extreme breach of our political process.

Of course what really happened is that some foolish young person told a wild story to try to get their face in the media for their 15 minutes of fame. Secret Service agents are too smart to let themselves end up in prison for the next 20 years.

“It makes me wonder if Watergate was a plot to discredit President Nixon.“

You don’t have to wonder - that’s exactly what Watergate was. Geoff Shepard (former lawyer on Nixon’s staff) wrote a couple great books about it.

Nixon started his legal career exposing communist infiltrators. When Eisenhower left office he warned about Roosevelt’s unelected administrative state (deep state) which he noted “remains in place while Presidents come and go”.

So the deep state feared Nixon - they stole the 1960 election for the same reason they stole the 2020 election from Trump - they were afraid he was serious about putting term limits on the administrative state and holding it accountable to the voters. They couldn’t let that happen.

When Nixon won in 1968 and was re-elected by a huge landslide in 1972, the deep state had to find another way to get rid of him - hence Watergate - totally made up just like Jan 6th.

If she willingly presented false hearsay evidence to the committee then her so called “eyewitness/ear witness” testimony becomes questionable also. And if she lied about authoring the memo then she becomes total cr*p as a witness.

I’m still waiting for how Trump did all this in his limo. If this BS goes to a real courtroom with an honest judge it will be tossed out and if there is any justice this women will be charged with perjury and prosecuted.

All this amounts to the establishment of both parties scared to death Trump will run in 24 and win so overwhelmingly they can’t steal it again without a rebellion. Even the FR establishment party boys have made it clear they want Trump gone he can’t be controlled, he actually implements conservative policies instead of talking them to death with promised lies and he can’t be blackmailed by their liberal friends in the deep state.

If Trump wins in 2024 the deep state with the establishments blessing will do a JFK on him, write it down.

I heard John Dean speak once. For me, it was a bit like listening to Hillary, or Elizabeth Warren. The longer they talk, the deeper the hole they’ve created for themselves.

These people really don’t need much rope to hang themselves.

The harder the left leans on Trump the stringer he gets with voters who are fed up with all propaganda and hard times.

The democrats didn’t allow a recount for a reason and now your living it.
