On Monday three days after the Supreme Court issued its groundbreaking decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, Dr. Caitlin Bernard, an Indianapolis obstetrician-gynecologist, took a call from a colleague, a child abuse doctor in Ohio.
Hours after the Supreme Court action, the Buckeye state had outlawed any abortion after six weeks. Now this doctor had a 10-year-old patient in the office who was six weeks and three days pregnant.
Could Bernard help?
Indiana lawmakers are poised to further restrict or ban abortion in mere weeks. The Indiana General Assembly will convene in a special session July 25 when it will discuss restrictio ns to abortion policy along with inflation relief.
But for now, the procedure still is legal in Indiana. And so the girl soon was on her way to Indiana to Bernard's care.

Since Friday, the abortion clinics where Dr. Katie McHugh, an independent obstetrician-gynecologists works have seen “an insane amount of requests” from pregnant people in Kentucky and Ohio, where it is far more difficult to get an abortion.

What’s a “child abuse doctor?” I’ve never heard of that specialty. And poor lil Katie McHugh is an abortionist. She kills babies for a living. And that living is going up in smoke if her livelihood is restricted. No wonder she’s crying to the media. She doesn’t GAF about the women/girls she’s “helping.” Abortion is very lucrative.
Prepare to hear a whole lot of poorly played violin solos.

And yes, a 10 year old would qualify for the risk to life or serious harm exception. That’s how you know this story is likely made up from whole cloth.

You know the pro-aborts are desperate when they start dragging out the hard, less than .01% occurring cases. If there is a documented need to adjust a states law to address legitimate and rare hard cases that truly endanger the mother’s life, then look into enacting one.
Why would you have a rapist child. Your are putting trauma upon trauma on a child herself.
There should be abortions and this is a good reason to have them. I know a child in my area 13 years old was repeatedly raped by an illegal Mexican who was 31.
He intimidated her that he would kill her if she told anyone.
When her Mother learned she was pregnant the Police were called.
That piece of crap Mexican told the Police the girl was forcing herself on him.
He went to Prison.
Young kids are raped and woman are raped(my sister at 19) there is no way in hell I would have a rapist kid.

under the age of consent, normally 18 in most states, it’s considered rape.

Sounds like a setup for propaganda purposes. Surely the kid knew she was preggers, and so did this “doctor”.

Lots of lies, such as completely made up statistics, have been used over the years to legalize abortion.
The abortion industry is completely built on lies.
I’m sure we’re going to hear lots of completely fabricated stories likes this one from now on because there is no way to disprove it.
All we can do is demand proof, such as the mug shot and court records that identify the perp who impregnated the girl. Otherwise, it never happened.
As far as I’m concerned, those seeking this abortion are not just admitting to a crime concerning the abortion itself. They are also destroying evidence, witness tampering, and obstructing justice. Perhaps the main reason they are doing this is because they are guilty of the sex abuse. This child may be being trafficked and needs to be removed from the dangerous environment that led to the situation (if it is real). A criminal investigation needs to be launched.
I am very sorry for what your sister had to endure.
I hope she has some measure of peace now.
