He deserves the smallest closet (cell) on Texas’s death row for 20 to 30 years and then execution! His cell should be specially designed. My suggestions are 4’ x 8’, no window, a coffee can for a toilet with a diesel generator running 24/7 outside his cell.

No reason to keep this evil creature alive for 20+ years. Just make him the guest of honor at a Joan of Arc memorial barbeque, then feed the slightly overcooked remains to some hogs.
