That was my takeaway too. I mean, it specifically says to begin treatment some days before you expect thing to start. That's a clue that it's not referring to a surprise pregnancy.

I would disagree. “Progression of the courses” seems to apply to “Unmarried women” which...if it were menstrual cramps, would that not apply to all women?
