I've only seen it in reruns on hotel TVs while traveling. The show featured a lesbian wedding. One of the men provided the lesbian couple with sperm for a child.

It was very woke by 1990s standards. But systematically racist by 2022 standards.

Oh, I thought it was great and a constant point of consternation and embarrassment for Chandler. Incidentally, Chandler’s mom was played by hottie Morgan Fairchild, and “Dad” the Drag Queen was played by Kathleen Turner.

They are apologizing because they did it just right back in the day.
