Must be nice to have Musk’s F-U money, and be able to make a viable offer to a company competely abusing our nation and it’s customers, force them to open their books, where they would otherwise remain concealed, and then dangle them around in the public-eye by their short hairs while the whole world see what a useless, abusive and corrupt organization your are, only to then pull the rug out from under them while rescinding your offer while the whit hot eyes of both the public and the SEC are upon you.

I do not think Twitter will sue, because I do not believe they can withstand discovery.
