My point is that even if he won that election (and I think he did) his ‘term’ from reinstatement means the result of that reelection becomes incomplete and open to serious question, likely for the High Court - USSC. You cannot separate the Four Year Term thing from Election, IMO. Ergo, the reinstatement and diminished ‘second’ term is an arguable case to explore a flawed election and the 10 years thing.
I like DeSantis, too, but I’m not about to give up on as much good as this country can get from DJT this country can get to undo the complete lunacy of the last two years of Biden and that means running in 2024 regardless of how your ‘what if’ scenario for DeSantis in 2024 plays out.
But how do you reinstate Trump to a term, even an incomplete term, unless he was the actual winner in 2020? And if he was the winner in 2020 then that's his second win.
