After living nearly a decade of his life as a transgender woman named Brianna, Brian Wagoner ultimately came to realize his transition had been a mistake. In February, the 31-year-old made the decision to detransition back to his biological gender and live once again as a man.
“It was basically like medical professionals cheering on a girl with bulimia for puking up her lunch when her ribs are already poking out,” he said of the estrogen treatment he was put on for years. “There’s a lot of money to be made by doctors here. They see the dollar signs, and in the end money talks.”

Amazingly, his life got better when he became clean/sober and employed. Magic!
That’s just it, he was never going to be a woman, the best they get is eunuch.
The only way this nonsense is going to stop is through lawsuits against physicians. It is unethical to give hormone therapy or surgery to change ones sex. If there is enough of those lawsuits, malpractice insurance carriers would stop insurance coverage for physicians who do this. That will quickly put this to a halt. Even trans who do not regret transitioning will sue if it means millions of dollars.

Interesting story for a few minutes before it became boring. Let’s see. A guy decided to become a girl, took estrogen, and then stopped taking estrogen to remain a man. But he is still unhappy, because he is not attracted to girls. In other news, there is nothing worse than unhappiness.
No, they remove the testicles and split the penis and scrotum and use the tissue to fashion something that resembles a vagina.
